Every Year Highlands Celebrates the Holidays in grand fashion.  The town comes together to celebrate the coming of Christmas and  Hanukkah.  The people come together for song, the lights and the arrival of Santa Claus who comes and warms the hearts of the children and those who are still children at heart.
