About Friends of Founders Park

Carnaval de Colores is an annual festival to kick off Hispanic Heritage Month on the plateau. The festival provides us with an opportunity to center the local Hispanic communities and celebrate all the ways in which they enrich the vibrancy of Western North Carolina.
